11-Day Detailed Itinerary

Day 01

Wednesday - Departure from UAE

  • Departure from Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi airports via flight.
  • Arrive at Saudi Arabia (Jeddah or Madinah International Airport).
  • Saudi airport immigration and customs will take approximately 1 to 3 hours, depending on the rush and other formalities.
  • Transfer to the hotel via comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.
Day 02

Thursday - Meeqat, Ihram & Umrah

  • Pilgrims will enter into the state of Ihram for Umrah (either on the flight before crossing Meeqat or at the designated Meeqat area).
  • A guide will assist the group.
  • The pilgrims will take a shower (Ghusl) for Ihram and wear Ihram clothing.
  • Offer two Rakat prayer for Ihram.

  • Niyyath for Umrah:
  • نويت العمرة و أحرمت بها لله تعاىل
  • After Niyyah, continue to recite Talbiyath until Tawaf starts:
  • لبيك اللهم لبيك، لبيك ال شريك لك لبيك، إن الحمد والنعمة لك والملك، ال شريك ل
  • Arrive in Makkah al Mukarrama and proceed directly to the hotel.
  • The pilgrims will check in to their hotel in Makkah.
  • After completing the hotel check-in process, the pilgrims will go to Masjid al Haram and perform Umrah.
Day 03

Friday - Juma Prayers

  • At 8:00 am, the pilgrims will take a shower to prepare for Juma prayers.
  • Afterward, they will move to the Masjid to attend the Juma prayer.
Day 04

Saturday - Makkah Stay

  • Focus on attending the five daily prayers at Masjid al Haram and engaging in Quran recitation and other acts of worship in Makkah al Mukarrama.
Day 05

Sunday - Makkah Ziyarat

  • At 7 am, the group will go to visit historical places in Makkah al Mukarrama.
  • The guide will provide an informative explanation about the history and significance of the visited holy places, allowing the group to gain a deeper understanding of their importance in Islamic tradition.
Day 06

Monday - Makkah Stay

  • Focus on attending the five daily prayers at Masjid al Haram and engaging in Quran recitation and other acts of worship in Makkah al Mukarrama.
Day 07

Tuesday - Travel to Madinah

  • Before Fajr prayer: Perform Tawaf al-Wida.
  • After completing the Fajr prayer, the group will return to their hotel in Makkah to prepare for their departure to Madinah al-Munawarah.
  • At 8 am, the group will start the journey to Madinah al Munawara via air-conditioned vehicle or high-speed train.
  • By 4 pm, the group is expected to reach Madinah al-Munawarah. Upon arrival, they will proceed to check in to their hotel.
Day 08

Wednesday - Madinah Stay

  • Visit Roudah Shareef and focus on 5 times prayers and more Ibadath.
Day 09

Thursday - Madinah Ziyarat

  • At 8 am, visit Madinah historical places.
  • Return to Madinah al Munawara Haram Shareef and pray Duhr.
  • Pray Asar prayer and go to Jannath al Bakhee (Madinah Qabaristan).
  • Note for offering prayer at Riyadh al Jannah: Please download the Nusuk application. Select the visitor tab and register using your email ID, passport number, and Saudi visa number. Login and select a slot according to your time.
Day 10

Friday - Juma Prayers & Return

  • Attend Juma prayer at Madinah Masjid al Nabwy.
  • Afterward, depart to the airport for the return flight.
Day 11

Saturday - Arrival in UAE

  • Return to Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi via flight.
  • Arrive back safely in the UAE with blessed memories of your Umrah journey.

How long does the Umrah visa processing take?
Umrah visa processing typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of document submission. During peak seasons (Ramadan, Hajj period), it may take slightly longer. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your intended travel date to ensure a smooth process.
Which airlines do you use for Umrah flights?
We partner with leading airlines including FlyDubai, Air Arabia, Saudia (Saudi Arabian Airlines), and Emirates for Umrah flights. The airline depends on availability, route, and the package tier you choose. All flights are direct or one-stop to Jeddah or Madinah.
What is the luggage allowance on Umrah flights?
Luggage allowance varies by airline. Generally, you get 20-30 kg checked baggage and 7 kg cabin baggage. We will confirm the exact allowance at the time of booking. Extra luggage can be purchased directly from the airline at additional cost. We recommend carrying Zamzam water in checked luggage on the return trip.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
